| Specifically integrated to provide temperature controlled Thermal Fluid in a closed loop through the USTC™ Thermal Tool System, the CHILLER includes a refrigeration unit, heat exchanger, pump and associated controls housed in a compact enclosure conveniently mounted on casters for mobility and easy access during setup or regular maintenance. A temperature controller sets the thermal fluid temperature typically between 0°C to 20°C. A chiller set at the recommended temperature facilitates heat exchange from the DUT through the Thermal Head into a closed loop fluid system. USTC has used this CHILLER with the USTC Thermal Tool system for 11 years. Without a doubt, users can depend on this reliable, rugged and durable unit.
